FAQ's

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders will require a NONREFUNDABLE FEE of $10. This will be the fee for creating a design for you. All orders have to be paid in full before it is shipped and/or printed. When the proof is sent to you it is your responsibility to make sure spelling is correct. Sales on custom orders are final.

PRINTED AND PAPER ITEMS: If you are only needing items printed, they must be sent in jpeg format. If your design does not fit the layout to be printed and you would like for me to edit it ther will be a $20 edit fee. I am not responsible for the way your item may look. Also, keep in mind the image that you see may differ than what is printed. If you go to another designer, you cannot use any concept of the design that Custom Dezigns by Amy created. 

ON ALL ORDERS ONCE YOU GIVE ME THE OKAY TO PRINT, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THINGS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED LIKE SPELLING OR DATES. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Returns or Exchanges due to a defect in product will be made within 3 days of acceptance of your product. You must contact me within the 3 day period. I will require a picture of the items that are defected/ in question and we will work something out for a store credit or exchange. No refunds, or exchanges will be made for wrong sizes. I use Gildan shirts for majority of all my cotton products and unless stated that it is another brand so please order accordingly. 

PICKUPS: Please contact me to schedule a pickup. Pickups will only be available Monday-Friday unless an weekend date has already been scheduled prior.

SHIPPING: Shipping is done through USPS unless you specify a different courier. Please also take in consideration the weight of the item you are ordering. Once a tracking number has been provided and scanned in I am NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. I also AM NOT responsible for returned packages due to a bad address. Please check your address and update it with me if need be.

SOCIAL MEDIA: All items created by Custom Dezigns by Amy are subject to be posted unless specified not to post.

PROCESSING TIME IS BASED OFF OF DATE THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND THE DATE YOU ARE NEEDING YOUR ITEMS BY. SOME THINGS MAY NEED TO BE ORDERED SO PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING AND PLACING ORDERS.
